(More customer reviews)I haven't really needed these much, which is a testament to the pre-folds that these can be used with.However, these are an easy fix if you need the diaper to last longer overnight.My current little one is not a night time heavy wetter, so I don't have to use them consistently.However, I've tried them, and they work great, and are a great solution for longer wear situations:night time, car travel, outtings, etc.If you need a little more than the pre-fold this is the only option, really, as an additional prefold would be way too thick.
