(More customer reviews)These covers fit my newborn the best and kept leaks to a minimum. I really like these for inserting a simple prefold without pins. I fold the diaper in thirds, then in half and tuck the top of the diaper into the pocket behind the velcro. This was easy to prepare for other care givers in advance, then goes on as easily as a disposable. The only thing I didn't like is that the fabric absorbs the pee, so they really do need to be washed after use, unless you can catch it and change baby every time they pee.
