(More customer reviews)I have tried several types of re-usable diapers and my favorite is using these Diaper Deb inserts with "Thirsties" or "Kushies" diaper covers.
These are super-absorbent and light-weight.
They are not as bulky as the all-in-one diapers.
They seem easier to clean because there are fewer layers of material that are stitched together better so the inner layers don't bunch.
The fleece top makes the baby stay drier than any other re-usable that I have tried (and I think I may have tried them all).
Very easy on and off.

One other type of re-usable that I did like though is the "Bummis Bamboozle" (super-soft bamboo) diapers, but even they are a little more bulky. If you are new to re-usable diapering another must-have is a "bumGenius Diaper Sprayer" to clean out the diapers into the toilet for the extra-soiled ones.

Simply place the diaper in a wrap/cover and place on your baby. No pins or snappies needed. Great for quick and easy diaper changes. Simply place the contour in the cover and close the wrap/cover. Made from 100% natural cotton french terry, terry, and velour. The terry is sandwiched between the cotton french terry, with the smooth side out, and the Velour so that if you are using Velcro, it doesn't catch on the terry and create pulls. We have tested these with several kinds of covers. They work great in traditional style covers as well as in pocket covers. The newborn and small also work well as doublers for larger sizes.
